There really isn't anything I can tell people about myself that they haven't already read in the tabloids or on the internet. If I could though, I'd like to take this opportunity to set the record straight on two stories in particular which seem to have taken on a life of their own. First of all, I was NOT raised by wolves. Feral golden retrievers, rather. Also, I am NOT the owner of the largest collection of Hummel figurines on the eastern seaboard. It's actually, the second largest collection.

If there's one thing I want Teefury fans to know, it's that I HATE being approached in public for autographs and photos and that kind of thing. I'm a pretty private guy, and the last thing I want to deal with when I'm out having a good time is some enthusiastic stranger trying to shake my hand with the intention of talking about this particular Teefury design...or Teefury designs in general. So yeah, stay the heck away from me.

I'm inspired by inspirational people, places and/or things. The more inspirational the person, place or thing may be, the more inspired I get.

I got into art in kind of a weird way. It all began with an unfortunate mishap where I accidentally krazy-glued a handful of crayons to my hands. I was sent to the emergency room and the doctors said that they couldn't remove the crayons without the risk of severing my fingers. So, my parents bought me a big drawing pad on the way home. Over the next several days, I drew picture after picture (mostly kittens) until the crayons were worn down and the glue had weakened enough to peel away. By the time I got back to normal, I was really into drawing and so I stuck with it. This all happened when I was a senior in High school, by the way.

I would purchase a small, tropical island out in the south pacific and move there. Far, far away from all those annoying Teefury fans.

Cartoons were always my favorite as a kid. Specifically the classic Warner Bros. shorts of the 40's and 50's. Most of the cartoons that Chuck Jones directed were my favorites.

Shout outs? I've actually never given one before nor have I ever been the recipient of one. So, you know what? I'm just going to go ahead and give myself one for having a design featured on Teefury. Way to go, Andy!
