not only did teefury.com charge me for two shirts and fail to send me a receipt of my order, the help tab wont even load up so i can submit a trouble ticket. idk why they took a fantastically simple and very effective site and tried to "improve" it with unnoticeable site additions. aside from the TWOsday and the fan appreciated after hours feature, the only thing new on the site is lack of functionality.

    I agree. Because of the website bugs, I accidentally had an order placed 3 times due to the order page timing out every 5 seconds. I think there should also be a number we can call to get real-time solutions. Or simply add an order cancellation page!!!
