As many of you know, I have had some issues getting my shirts. Over the months, I have had quite a few shirts get lost in the netherworld of Smartpost.

I just want to publicly thank TeeFury for being so awesome and having such great customer service and working with me and making things right. The customer service and the people are the best!

    I've never lost a shirt, but have had other issues, and the customer service is, indeed, fantastical.

    Glad you got your issue resolved, snarky. Did you get a replacement of Grab Bags? If so, I'm curious as to what you got after all this time.

    Well, no I havent gotten a replacement yet, but they have offered me a replacement. I'm not sure I should mention specifics here. But it all works out in the end.
