How may we help you?So what's teeFury all about anyway?TeeFury is a place where you will find amazing tees at amazing prices (and occasionally other non-tee things). It's pretty simple - one new super limited-edition tee every 24 hours for $9. What happened to yesterday's tee or any of the other previous tees?Each tee goes up for sale everyday at midnight eastern time. Once it sells out, or after 24 hours, whichever comes first, that tee is gone. And when we say, "gone", we mean G-O-N-E - never to be sold again at TeeFury. So, if you see something you like, and it hasn't sold out yet, you better grab one fast before the fat lady sings. So you really only have ONE shirt for sale at a time on your entire site?Yep. See above. What time does the new shirt go up for sale each day?Usually right around 12 Midnight Eastern Time. For all of you non-east coasters that would be 11 PM Central Tim,e, 10 PM Mountain Time, and 9 PM Pacific Time. Can I buy more than 3 tees at a time?No, sorry. We do this to discourage reselling. And no, we don't sell wholesale. What kind of shirts do you print on?We print on high-quality "regular-fit" tees that are made of 100% ringspun cotton. They're super comfortable and fit great. How are your shirts printed?We print all of our tees using state-of-the-art screen-printing processes. No iron-ons or heat transfers here! How do your shirts fit?This should help. View size chart. Do your shirts shrink?Since our shirts are made from 100% cotton, they will shrink a little when you wash them. However, if you want them to shrink as little as possible, we recommend washing your TeeFury shirts in cold water and hanging them to dry. If for some reason you want your shirts to shrink a lot, then wash them in hot water and dry them in the dryer on high. The normal routine of wash cold, dry low should be just fine for those who are used to washing their tees in the washer and dryer. Check out our size chart to see an example of typical shrinkage. Who designs your tees?Most of our tees are designed by various artists from around the world. Occasionally someone here at TeeFury will take a crack at designing a shirt. . Do the artists get paid?They do. We pay each artist $1 per shirt sold AND the artist keeps full rights to their design. After a design's 24 hour stint on TeeFury it is free to go where it pleases. How and when do artists get paid?Within 2 weeks after the design is for sale on TeeFury, we will transfer the artist's earnings through Paypal. How do I submit a design to your site for consideration?Submit Art to art @ teefury.com
How long will it take to get my order?Well, once an order is placed it usually takes 3-10 business days for us to process it. Why so long? Because we are perfectionists, and perfection takes time. After your order is processed it will be shipped. Time in transit for shipping from our warehouse to your front door can take between 5-15 business days (depending on your location) if you are in the U.S. . How much does shipping cost?For orders within the U.S. shipping (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) is $2 flat. Yes, you heard us right. $2 dollars, no more, no less. If you choose our $2 shipping option, your package will be sent using FedEx SmartPost which usually takes about 5-15 business days for delivery. With this method, the final delivery of your package is made by the US Postal Service. Of course, if you are in a huge hurry and would like more shipping trackability you could spend a little more to get FedEx Ground for $7 and you should get your tee in 5-7 business days. Do you ship to my country?We ship all over the world! Here is our current list of countries we ship to - if you see your country on the list then we ship there ;) If we don't then please send us an email at service@teefury.com and we will see what we can do. What is your return policy?If you need to return your shirt due to a manufacturer's defect or because you received the wrong shirt, please send an email to service@teefury.com to request return instructions. All returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase and item(s) must be unworn and unwashed. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. Be aware that due to the extreme limited-edition nature of our products, exchanges are usually not possible. Is my credit card transaction secure on your site?Yes. We use industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption) for all credit card information.
