Although a compassionate humanist I struggle to overcome the influence of both heaven and hell over humanity. Despite his occasional forays into heroism, I'm a foul-mouthed cynic who pursues a life of magic and danger. My motivation has been attributed to an adrenaline addiction that only the strange and mysterious can sate. I also seem to be something of a “weirdness magnet.” I have a wide and international circle of contacts and allies, and am supremely adept at making friends. At the same time, my close friends inevitably suffer, simply by being in my life; this has left a severe mark on me.
