My name is Jeremy, and I am an LSU dropout, who has decided to pursue my true passion...cooking. I am an aspiring chef, who works as a line cook full time for Chef John Besh (if you don't know him, look him up), while also attending culinary school at a local college in order to realize my dream of owning and operating my own restaurant and bar.....I am also a self proclaimed nerd :) However, I do not put all my metaphorical geek eggs into one basket...I love Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, Dr. Who, Harry Potter, and many others equally!! I suppose you could say I'm a Rennaissance Man of nerdom!!
