It's like the 80s threw up on my computer screen.

I like the Dawn of Gaming design aside from the fact Donkey Kong hit Atari and not NES.

Agreed it is simple greatness in a shirt.

These are both some pretty sweet designs, and congrats to the artist on getting them printed,
but can we please stop putting two designs by the same artist against each other in these Twofury battles? I hate to complain about this because there's usually more than enough complaining to go around on here, but to me it just seems to defeat the purpose....

Dawn of gaming! You can't go wrong with Nintendo themed shirts!

The Donkey Kong wins in design and theme hands down for this VS. The Cassette player has a nice nostalgic feel, but the execution just make it appear to have two hairy cartoon feet.

I realize the controller looks kinda like an obelisk, but that's really the 'later that day' of gaming than the actual dawn.

you realize that the point for having the same artist for both shirts is so that one artist doesn't beat another? At least this way the same artist wins and nobody is the looser.

2001 reference with video games? what's not to love?

Disagree. Twofury battles are about which design is better. It's not a battle to see which artist is better.

(If you can even really consider it losing in this case, seeing as how both artists would be getting compensated.)

I agree. Although the design counts, seeing an artist going head-to-head with himself/herself is bizarre. Some may not see it as a competition, but it is when you have "Battle Stats" - and battling one's self is pretty silly.

Oooooooo, me thinks it's about time to add another green shirt to the collection!
