Is Paypal Broken ??

Anyone else having a problem with Paypal? I've tried to checkout several times, and get this error message:

SetExpressCheckout API call failed. Detailed Error Message: Order total is missing.Short Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.Error Code: 10400Error Severity Code: Error

    Sorry Jestik.

    We are having intermittent issues with paypal payments. Nothing seemingly hazardous, but for sure

    Wizard has been beckoned.

    I am having the same problem. Does it have to do with account info not matching up? I've had this problem before where the state on my order didn't match how it is in my paypal account. Example: Your drop down state menu lists it as Ohio, where as my paypal account uses OH.
    Since both use drop down tabs I am unable to change either one to match up.

    I ended up changing my state to "none of these" for my billing address and then it finally went through to my paypal.

    I tried doing it twice....it failed saying the account info is wrong. and when i checked my paypal account it looked like my payment is being processed. Will I be charged even though it failed? I don't want to get charged for this!

    Is there any way I can order todays tee by sending a direct payment or something....? I really want it but paypal is still having errors!
