Not sure how cohesive the last three letters of "Given" are though. Especially the 'N'.
Might try to add a line to show the top plane of the hat (in white) that doesn't touch on both sides. And maybe an angry eyebrow on the left side. And lastly, maybe the rim of the monocle should be a tad thicker than the cord attached to it.
I really like the idea too. Personally I would prefer a little less of the yellow snot dripping down - I might even prefer no snot at all. Besides that, I would wear it.
