Is there a direct email for teefury and not an online form?

Every time I have issues I have to submit the online contact us form, And I don't even know if Teefury gets them. Its been 15 days past the date my order was "Delivered" but it wasn't.

There's also a livechat option. should be a green tab on the side of the "contact us" page
