Can we submit our design to another site?

I notice on other t-shirt shops they ask: "has this design been submitted to or printed by another site". Does that mean, if we submit our design to Teefury... we can't submit that design to another site? Sorry I'm new and I just want to make sure I don't violate any Teefury rules.

    You can submit to as many design shirt sites as you want.

    I don't think It's limited or whatever.

    I think they just want to know If It was submitted to a site for certain reasons.

    Oh, so I can send my designs to several shirt sites at once and see which one will print my design (if any). What if they decided to print my shirts at the same day... is that a violation of contract?
