6 Colors?

I'm pretty confused about what 6 colors on the shirt actually means, do white and black count as colors? Do light blue and dark blue count as two colors?

    any ink will be a color for instance if you have a white shirt and black ink that's one color.

    If you want two hades of blue you might try halftones.

    but yes royal blue and baby blue are two colors.
