[REPOST] Submission: Retired Ring Slinger (Green Lantern theme) [LINK FIXED]

I posted this yesterday, but the the picture link broke. So...here we go again.

I think the image is pretty self-explanatory. The design is based on the retired U.S. Army bumper sticker. I know ,TECHNICALLY, Lanterns don't retire, but I still like the idea. What do you all think?



Any tips or crits on making it better would be awesome. LONG LIVE THE CORPS!

    Maybe use halftones to make it look like it's glowing.

    Not really sure that is the effect I would want to go for. Does it look too plain or boring as is?

    Yeah...the scale is a bit off. At the time, I was feeling lazy and I didn't want to do all the math to find the actual size it might end up being. I'll be smaller.
