I know that for Americans parodies are protected under the fair use copyright law, but I don't believe the same applies for Canadians. Are we legally unable to parody shows, games, etc. ?
That's interesting. A google search shows that in most cases you can't use parody as a defense to copyright infringement unless you can prove it's a critique of the work.
Are you asking specifically for this site or just in general? Since this site operates in the U.S. I don't think it would matter if you are canadian and submit a tshirt design.
