2. Is it wrong to sub the same design to all three of you?

Right now, the best course of action is to email a curator directly. Choosing to email one instead of all is usually a better bet, as it makes a response more likely. If you're waiting on a response, I'd say to give it at least a week or two to make sure it's been seen. I'm trying to give feedback on submissions within 3 days of receiving them, but for those with a higher volume of email to grind through that is probably more difficult.
