Due to volume, order modification and cancellation of grab bag orders are slightly more difficult, so please make sure to check, re-check, and then check again to make sure everything is correct.
We cannot guarantee an order cancellation once an order has reached a completed status.
You pick your quantity. One grab bag order does not mean 3 shirts. You have to specify the quantity of shirts at $7/pc.
We don’t take your purchase history in consideration while fulfilling orders. If you own a shirt, there’s always a slim chance you might randomly get the same shirt in the grab bag.
Make sure to pick the correct size. We can’t swap sizes after an order is placed. The order has to be cancelled, and you will have to re-order.
We cannot fulfill request for specific designs.
If you place 2 or more separate orders, we cannot guarantee the lack of duplicates. We try our best with single bag orders, but even then, sometimes it is not possible.
You may get designs from past quarters due to undelivered returns and left over "stock."
Due to the quantity of orders, the 3-7 day processing time applies to grab bags. They do not ship out immediately.

I ordered a few grab bag shirts and one of megamans closet like a week ago. I keep trying to figure out if they shipped yet and the site says the system is down check back later. its been days, anyone experiencing this?
keep being awesome Teefury, sorry I ever doubted thee

On "grab bag day" you can buy grab bags instead of the usual t-shirt of the day. On every other day it's whatever the 'limited edition t-shirt of the day' is. Grab bag days seem to come about once every month or two...?
Like, specify up to 12 designs you want and/or don't want total (since you can buy up to 12 shirts now). And the system will try to match as many "wants" and avoid as many don't wants for as many people as possible before shipping.
Just thinking it could be something like, if "wants" # on hand, then a lottery out of all "wants" for who gets it?
Also was thinking maybe there could be 3 levels to the system:
1) Buy outright. Assuming stock on hand or the ability to specifically "reprint" those items (no returns unless defective), you just straight-out get your "want" (first-come first-served). ~$15-20?
2) Lottery of "preferences." Tell the system what you want, and it'll do its best to match everyone's "wants" and avoid "don't wants." Higher probability of getting the things you want and not getting the things you don't want. Might get a few things you were ambivalent on (neither wanted nor didn't want). ~$10
3) Totally random. (Current system.) ~$6
Just thinking out loud. I'd pay extra for a couple things I missed for one reason or another or changed my mind on after they were gone. More if I could buy it outright, less if I could specify my interest but still have a reasonable chance of getting some number of the things I did want.
Or we can keep the current system which is dirt cheap and ya' takes ya' chances... I just... wish there was a way of increasing the probability of getting the things I wanted and avoiding the things I really didn't want or would never in a billion years wear.
Just saying I saw a few people who wanted the exact opposite of what I did (wanted the thing I hated and didn't want the thing I loved). Just thinking that MAYBE it would work that enough people would have different wants and don't wants that it would somehow all even out (nothing's ever that perfect, of course)...
Hmm, apparently it doesn't like special characters.
Meant to say "if number of wants less than or equal to stock on hand, potentially everyone gets it" "if number of wants greater than stock on hand, then lottery between those wanting"
Anyway, just an idea of something to maybe try out if feasible...
Take all wants / don't wants / orders during grab bag day. Once day closes, system figures out how to best allocate t-shirts to give as many people as possible something approximating their want list... Obviously not everyone will get everything on their want lists, etc.
If they have all these extra shirts, I don't see why they can't do a "Sunday grab"
On Sunday, they post all the shirts from Monday to Saturday. The system knows how many shirts of each size are in stock.
You log in and purchase, according to availability, any shirts you missed during the week, but because you get to choose the specific shirt, you have to pay $15.
If you like to gamble, you can select the $6 Surprise, and you are sent something random.
There have be weeks where I liked most of the shirts, so a gamble would be okay. But with 64 shirts in the line up, and I tend to only like about 12 of them, the odds are not in my favor.
people will then wait to see if they can get their shirt cheaper, teefury still needs to make money to maintain their operations, this is more of a hookup deal so thats why its random picks.
i didn't feel i got a definate answer from the faq, but if i select 3 in my size for the grabbag, it is 3 different shirts, correct?
