Yeah the new one is better, and its a great idea. Caesar Flickerman is a bit scary and creepy. but still a good design

flickerman looks a bit like a fat woman. I would suggest touching him up a little, but overall, it is a cool design. I also definitely prefer the blue over the green.

I like the design, the text in the bottom right hand seems a bit much.
