I like it, but I think the snitch as well as the broom need to be defined.

I think maybe a little more detail is needed, but the idea is so sick!!

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I went with this because the majority of the hunger game logos I have seen have been one solid piece. I'll see how it turns out the other way.

Great design! I think you should add back the gleam on the snitch and add some outline to it if possible.
