I'd really appreciate a Half Life shirt! I think the center of your design is great but is it possible to make the "action bubbles" more relevant to the game? Swimming, jumping, ladders, and pipe crawling are things seen in many other games. Maybe some headcrab baseball/shotput?

Thanks for the comment. I really get where you're coming from, and it mightn't change your opinion at all, but perhaps I should have mentioned that I based the events on the actual Hazard Course tutorial level from Half Life. The reference that's made on the train inbound at the start of the game talks about a "Hazard Course Decathalon" so I assumed that events that were in that would have to be the same as the ones you completed in the tutorial. To be honest, I really just liked the phrase "More lives than your own may depend on your fitness". :)
Have you considered using more colors? like maybe the orange, green and blue from the game boxes? Otherwise it seems really great, maybe just a little tweaking to the Black Mesa font as well, but a Half-Life shirt is always great in my book.
