I had to google to get the reference :(
All i know from Dr.zeus is the "grinch" and "Horton" and its because of the movies. now i feel so ignorant ha ha.
knowing this little about adipose all i can tell you is that the ilustration looks pretty cool , are you going to vectorize it?
The sketchy outlines are fine, think the only thing i dont like too much is the blue marker fill.
