Women's XL Trading Thread.

Following the lead and opening a thread for Women's XL trades. This is my first grab bag and the fact that there's a forum/trade site set up specifically for this influenced my buying decision greatly. I, personally, am hoping for Who, HP, Star Wars, Serenity and a few other random tees, like the Space Shark and Saturn Sandworms tees.

yeah, i was kinda really worried about getting a shirt i don't want, but i figured, "what the heck, I'm sure someone will take it off my hands" haha.
yeah, id like who, HP, star wars, star trek, nintendo, or just random. Im so mad I missed the who shirt from two days ago!

LOL darn girls we all want HP :) I for sure won't want Who, Breaking Bad, or Lost.... don't watch these. Nothing against the shirts. But I would be willing to give up one like HP for something I want the most Adventure Wars and Hunger Games!!!! Luckily XL girls sold out first so hopefully there will be a lot of us on here. I could really also do a large if someone could go up size and wants to do an XL. I just like my shirts kinda loose ...

I ordered a men's M as well, to see how they stack up as alternates for women's XL. Anyone else done this with teefury shirts?

Men's medium and women's XL tend to be pretty good alternates if you dont dry them fully. The men's mediums I bought have gotten a bit tight in the chest after a few trips through the dryer. I buy men's larges now and alter them myself.

I don't use a dryer, so I've never had any trouble with a Men's M.

I've gotten Mens M before, at a point when I just barely fit Womens XL... but now they seem to fit just fine, so I don't know! I don't like the fabric the mens' shirts are made from; they are just stiff and itchy and never soften! T-T

Now, see, THAT'S the sort of tip I like. I'm glad I only ordered 1 mens shirt, just to see if it worked as a good substitute. I'm pretty small in the chest, but like my shirts long, so I thought I'd give a men's a shot. If I find what you said about fabric to hold true though, I'll never buy a men's here again. There's nothing worse than a stiff tee. (Although, I could always make it into a messenger bag I suppose....)

Maybe I'm just sensitive, then. There is definitely a jump in fabric quality from the Mens' to the Womens' shirts, though. The latter is much softer and even silky.
