I think it's absolutely a great start...the problem is that Lupin does not at all look like a werewolf...he simply looks like another dog. It might be a huge overhaul, but you may want to work on replacing him with a more upright design...no one would look at this and think it's a werewolf.

Yours is incredibly similar to these two. I like your idea, but it seems to be a very common one.


Maybe try a different formation. I've always thought it would be amusing to see them stacked like the Bremen Town Musicians, if there was any way you could do two dogs on top of each other and make Lupin look like a werewolf.

Although I do believe people would recognize the wolf as Lupin - I showed the design to a bunch of my friends and they knew right away what it was - but I understand where you're coming from, so I redid it using a screencap from PoA as a reference and got this:



I like the symmetry of this design and there aren't too many Marauders t-shirts out there, but it's not the only Marauders art, so I took Petrichor's suggestion and came up with this:



I still like the first one. It's more full, I think.

ahaha so stacking them looked more stupid than I thought it would. I like it redone with the werewolf though. Awesome job =)

I like the top one more, for sure! Great job! The upright looks much better imo :D At least, it takes the confusion out ;)

Though I think the bottom one, plus some strings of lights, could be AWESOME as a Christmas shirt :D

Oh forgot to ask: what color shirt were you thinking, if it got picked?

Thanks, you guys! Although I do like chirmer's suggestion to add lights and make it a Christmas shirt! Maybe I'll do that later.

@chirmer - I'm not sure. Gray wouldn't work, obviously, and I don't think this would look good on a dark shirt. And I hate white shirts. Maybe a light blue or green color?

An earthy or jade-type green would look great imo! Hopefully they pick this shirt, I look forward to picking one up! :)
