I like it. Maybe a little closer resemblance to the characters would help sell it. Morgan is obvious because of the beard but Chuck and Casey look a little to generic. I love the idea though.

I'd buy it. 100%.

any shirt with Chuck and or Sarah is an auto-buy for me.. and probably the majority of chuck fans..

I like your new variation just the way it is. DEFINITELY a buy.

Just my 2 cents... but a female cartoon character on a shirt, even if it is Sarah (at least in my opinion) isn't as marketable to males as just a "Chuck" shirt.

It'd probably still sell well. But... it would go from instant-buy to maybe-buy for me.
