Some ideas for tee designs

I've just submitted here in Teefury my last design, it's Bones related :) I'd like to know what you do think. I've also made it in red/pink and black BTW.

    Thank you very much :) I submitted that design here some time ago, but didn't seem to be chosen despite I think that it was a *good* idea. Anyway, it's avaiable as a t-shirt here yet: http://www.redbubble.com/products/configure/7233125-t-shirt

    Not sure what the guidelines are for suggesting other sites simiilar to teefury but teefurycopy(apparel.com) are very similar and tend to accept a wider range of things than teefury does. I know out of the 5 shirts I've bought, 3 (the most recent 3) have been from teefurycopy, and they've all been within one week. You should submit it there and see what happens. As much as I love it, I'm not paying $25 for any shirt.

    Yup, dammit. Not sure I'd call them a teefury copy though, as like I said they've had more interesting designs featured in the past week than teefury has in the past month. Shame really. Anyways I'm sure you can find it.

    Done! I hope they'll chose it too, BTW I know a lot of AGOT fans that would love that tee :)

    If you just copy the HTML code in Photobucket for your image and paste it in a new line, it displays.

    It looks like you just took a section of this image...

    ...desaturated the colors to make it monochrome, posterized it to three shades, then put it as a Layer onto the blue background to change it to a blue hue (or manually changed the white to light blue, the black to dark blue, and the gray to the intermediate shade). How do I think it looks? Photorealistic? How much work do I think went into this particular one? A few minutes. And as someone that has been making a hi-res version of the Alliance symbol from Firefly because none currently exists, forgive me if I blow a raspberry at this.

    Tour portfolio has some great pieces in it. The Munch piece is great. But don't let the mods know you're openly advertising your work elsewhere, because this thread may go down the memory hole...

    Some of my designs have more work than others as you might see on my portfolio here, and as I wanted this one to be photorealistic, I didn't need much work to do it. I agree with you that it could be have been made much better, but it isn't a reason to despise it, I think.
