I think you should focus on the bot, make him way more detailed. Give him a more visually appealing position, maybe doing something. Text is really hard to pull off on a tee unless it's incorporated into the design. I would suggest getting a really clear idea/message/gimmick(??) first and then work the detail in.
I donno, do the robot plugged into a bird listening to him tweet as apposed to an ipod. something like that. Actually that's not a bad idea. lol.
I dig the headphones, the overall design is simple, and the type is as wotto said not connected to the illo right now. I second experimenting with a more clear concept and incorporating the type into the piece more, then post again!
also - what about making the word "fresh" more...uh...fresh. It could contrast with the other typeface. Or - if you decided to re-draw the robot - you could draw "fresh" in the same style.
