when making a layout for a shirt, do you submit just the design or do you put a background on to be like the color of the shirt?

Jackpot77798 weeks agoI saw an answer that said to put the design on a background color for the initial submission, but if they wanted a design you should send the design with the t-shirt color set to transparency in a limited color PNG.
