Wash on cold w/ a cap full of white vinegar for dye color crispness. Other than that, no hot water, and no hot dry has been decent for me.

I tend to wash everything I have in cold on the gentle cycle. My printed tee shirts I turn inside out to help preserve the design on it.

Ditto. Cold wash, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Iron inside out on medium setting.
