So, let me break it down.
Today I ordered a shirt. In a panic because I loved it, I ordered with blinding fury, double checked my billing and shipping, and hit order (all the while thinking "HELLZ YES, WINTER IS COMING"). As soon as I hit order and saw the order summary, I said "Sh**" out loud. I had ordered a woman's size instead of a man's size. Would have been find if I was two sizes smaller.
Anyway, I got waaay more upset than necessary with my stupidity. I was bummed. Calmed down and emailed customer service to see if it could be cancelled, or something, since I couldn't really afford to buy two shirts XD I saw that it can take up to 72 hours to process and thought "well, that's a good shirt missed"
Until Marissa. The lovely woman, angel of t-shirt customer service, got back to me in under an hour and changed the order to reflect what I wanted to order in the first place.
So, anyway, TL;DR = Marissa in customer service is pretty much awesome and has made my day with her kindness and efficiency.
SO happy. Thank you a ton!

"Aw, sonuva -----...." That happened to me on the last grab bag! I wish I had known I could have gotten with customer service on that.
Ah well, still a good story, and still a great site.

I'm new to Teefury so I'm not sure how long it actually takes to get a shirt, I just guesstimated using their printing and shipping time estimates and figured I would be ok.
I contacted customer support, we'll see what happens..
Quite frankly Marissa is a fantastic customer service rep. I wish all customer service was such a relief to work with.

Yep, this exact same thing happened to me last night. 3 shirts, paypal, whoops something went wrong! but the paypal payment went through. I emailed last night and haven't gotten a response yet, but I'm sure I will soon. At least I wasn't the only one who had that problem!
