did TeeFury lose the rights to it's Harry Potter Shirts?

I was on Topless robot today and saw a link for these shirts. I was shocked to see the Ravenclaw one there as well as the Slitheryn Tee which just passed
Just wondering if us Teefurians were still gonna get a shot at it?

    At TeeFury, we only have the rights to each design for the 24 hours we sell it. This is awesome for artists, because they can still use their work for other projects after its TeeFury sale.
