I can order 2x XXL and only pay $9, I can order 3x Lge and only pay $9
How come if I want 3x XL or 3x XXL I get charged $19.66?
I thought it was supposed to be a flat rate whatever the size?
An extra $10 bucks for 1 shirt more seems a bit steep!

The shipping cost are correct, the package goes by weight so if you order more shirts, or a larger sizes the weight of the package goes up and so will the shipping cost.
