I first heard about tee fury around September 08. I used to check woot shirt every day but found most of their designs got too childish and immature with all the pirates and ninjas nonsense. I came to tee fury and was astonished at how many shirts I bought between September and around January...I think I got at least 10 shirts greatly liked. But recently it seems the shirt selections are drifting towards the "woot shirt" style, with less focused on design and more on cartoons and silly things. Like the topic says maybe it is just be but I have noticed I only bought 1 shirt in the past 3 months because I haven't really liked any of them in that time period which is a huge contrast to when I first arrived and had to hold back on shirts I really liked due to lack of funds. I guess I was wondering if anyone else felt that way...

It would interesting to see sales numbers between when you thought the shirts were great, and now.

I disagree. I love the recent picks, and I wouldn't be surprised if the sales are at an all-time high :)

I agree with you, Yack. I'm sure that several other people (and critics) would agree with you. I feel that the "artistic quality" and originality of teefury's shirts has decreased over the past few months.

Not that the sales are worse. Just that the shirts that teefury has been picking appeals to wider range of people by appealing to pop culture as opposed to originality.

if your talking about today's tee, yes it may have a cartoony look, but the linework, vector style, and overall feel of the design exceeds any woot design in every way possible.

I feel the same way... or I'm just feeling that way because I know I need to stop buying T-Shirts.

No, it's not just you. In the beginning of TeeFury, I bought a lot of shirts. Since the beginning of the year, I have bought a lot fewer. In the last few months, I rarely like what's offered. I've bought a few, but not like I used to.
