The time it takes to have a shirt shipped varies, but is usually pretty quick. Recently a few shirts took longer than expected due to availability of shirt blanks, but we are getting caught up on those.
Typically we ship shirts out pretty quick, but we ran into a hiccup because of a few huge orders, and shirt blank issues. We are working on getting the shirts out as quickly as possible.
My order of Since We Last Spoke processed on the 18th and I haven't so much as gotten shipping confirmation. Maybe you should shoot out a user-wide e-mail with a statement about the backup, clarity is comforting.
