Shipping envelopes

Hi, I know this is a silly post, but I really like today's shirt and customer service just works from Monday to Friday so I thought about asking you.

I have ordered from here before but I think paying $24 for International Priority Mail is too much and this time I was thinking about paying the $9 normal non-tracking fare. However, I'm concerned about mail's reliability and last shirt was sent in an envelope that is basically a transparent bag. Do you know if everything is sent that way? I know that if someone could see my (future) awesome tshirt through the envelope s/he would definitely take it home. :)
