Slow Customer Service Emails

Does it take a long time for anyone else to get responses from the Teefury service email? It takes day to get any kind of answer, if I get one at all. Is there an email besides the service@teefury.com that I should be sending questions to instead?

Service@Teefury.com is the only email address to send Customer Service questions to. If you have a general question about the site, you might want to check to see if the question is answered on our Service page or post the question in the forums.

I'm sorry if there has been a delay in answering your message. We definitely aim to answer all questions as quickly and correctly as is possible.

Funny i actually have the opposite of this happen for me.

I had a wrong shirt mailed to me and Teefury was quick to respond and resolve the problem.

make sure and check the hours to when you sent your email, they arn't there 24/7
