I have just conferred with my Japanese wife and she tells me that it is fine as written (新たな希望). If it read "新たなる希望" it would change the translation slightly to make it "hope that is new" rather than "New Hope" which it is currently.

I emailed them and they didn't help me at all. It was at 12:14 or something when I contacted them and they effectively said "too bad."

I'm not customer service, so I can't speak with authority about what they are or aren't able to do (especially since it is unclear what problem actually occurred). It might depend on what information the site received from you when you attempted to send the order. If the order was never registered with the site, you're probably out of luck though- we can't add orders after midnight.

See that's the problem though, the site kept timing out or erroring out so the order never did go through. Even if I had contacted the staff immediately they would not have gotten back to me till after the clock had run out. So according to you I am effectively screwed for something out of my control and because staff isn't here when they have ongoing events happening. Which doesn't make sense, but whatever.

Erica your missing the point that I had placed the order before the time expired. It was in my shopping cart BEFORE midnight. Twenty minutes before midnight to be exact. However there were errors with your website loading pages. When in the middle of trying to pay for what was ALREADY in my cart (the star wars Tee shirt), your company site switched the design that was IN my cart to something I was not purchasing. I am sorry to say that this makes me unhappy enough to not buy from teefury in the future.

They gave me the same reply. I even asked to be contacted by a supervisor! I have emailed them several times since and have been IGNORED.

Such rude staff with no helpfulness at all! Very discouraged here.

I ordered the lightkatana shirt and recieved it today. I am fairly dispointed that the screening of Vader is so dark you can not see the details that went into the print. He just looks like a black blob rather than the awesome warrior he is in the print online. Maybe if you all ever re do this shirt please lighten up the secondary color on Vader so details can be seen.

Well, to be fair, yes, 新たなる希望 (Aratanaru Kibou) is the actual name of the movie. However, the swords are called Katanas. Thus, it may be a legitimate pun on Katana vs Aratana. As for grammar, 新たな希望 is a legitimate way to say New Hope. Arata is an adj-na meaning New, Kibou is simply a noun. Nothing GRAMMATICALLY incorrect here.
