Haha, idk I can totally see why people would love this just like I loved Lost Tuesdays, but I'm just not that into it I guess. Comic book shirts and stuff like the ones yesterday are awesome because they are more general. I don't read comics at all but I bought the flash shirt cuz it's funny and everyone would get it. Who doesn't know the flash... Everyone knows Starwars I guess but they are a bit different - a more specific niche, idk if you can understand what I'm trying to convey here lol but I gave it a shot.

TeeFury always has and always will have a mix of both art and parody designs. Selling 365 shirts a year means that you won't like all of them- which is probably a good thing because if you did, you'd be over $3000 poorer ;)

Seeing both bots together makes you realize how well designed the SW characters were. The Doctor Who characters always seem really low budget to me, probably because they were originally! The tee turned out great, it's sure to do really well for you.

The app is not official, so we unfortunately can't control how it functions. Have you had any luck buying via the iPod touch browser? If that's not working either we'll let our programmers know.

Hahaha. That's awesome. I totally get ya. It does help the sales for artists and the site too tho. Being a fan of Dr. Who and Star Wars I just can't resist. I *LOVE* LOST tho. It's really strange. It's the only show that I can't go back and enjoy the reruns. I think I'm just too sentimental for it. *chuckle*.

As I said later on in the comment thread I get why people get psyched about Starwars just as I had been excited for Lost shirts. I still think going down the parody alley is better when (like I said before) it's a shirt like yesterdays. I don't read comic books but its a more general type humor that anyone would get and more people would wear (I think).

I don't fault TF for printing the pop-culture designs they do, I love a lot of them. It makes money and stuff so what the consumers want they get. I was just commenting cuz I felt like there have been a lot of Starwars shirts.

Can I just say these have been the best 2 weeks of my life!!!!! First the eleventh doctor (I got it today by the way and it is even better in person than I ever imagined it could be!) then the Geek Swiss Army Knife, and now a Dalek!!!!!! I my life is almost complete! Someone make me a David Tennant shirt and I can die a happy girl!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It was exported as a vector technical drawing and then rendered in Illustrator
Yes this is similar to what I have done in the past if you check out my profile you will see some tees that use a similar method. These days I tend to use 3d for placement reference only and am experimenting more with illustrator brushes. Either way 3D for tees is a huge ace card!

Two classic robots have a surprise for you!

Tell us a bit about this design.
It's R2-D2 driving a Dalek! Whether it be about the superiority of one of the series' over another I will leave to you. Maybe it's just simply R2's gaming seat for playing Dr Who Adventure on his Atari. This was created slightly differently to the majority of shirt designs in that it was first designed in 3D.

Where are you from?
I'm from Rugby in the UK, who's only significance is being the birthplace of Rugby. Currently living in Sheffield UK though, which you are most likely to know through a film about a handful of naked men (Full Monty)

What has your past experience been like with art and design?
Design has always been a major interest in my life, I'm currently studying for my Masters in Product (Industrial) Design which is my main area as I find 3D to generally be a more fitting medium to me. My love on t-shirts made me decide I should try my hand at tee design!

How did you initially get interested in t-shirts?
Very difficult question to answer, I don't think I've ever not been interested in t-shirts but my interest definately became an addiction since finding sites like here, Tilteed, Threadless and others.

Which character is most awesome: TBird, Teevil, Dead Bird, or Mr Pancakes?
Right now I'll say Dead Bird because since his disapearance he seems to get forgotten a lot, but then I might be lucky and Mr Pancakes could become my favourite!

If you could start a new t-shirt trend, what would it be?
Other than a new Guy for Bonfire night who exclusively wears peoples Ed Hardy Affliction and similar tees I have no idea!

Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
A single favourite shirt is pretty well impossible for me, so I'll go with three! A Beautiful Battle by Jimiyo from here, love the colour pallete and Asian influence as well as the print shape. Night of the Living Bread from Seventh.Ink as I love zombies and food and it's just a great pun and shirt all round. Finally one that I'm still waiting to get but can guarantee will be a new favourite, My Imoto from Tilteed by The_JCW I love the character and colours and the japanese quotes and the story it tells! Shirts preoccupy my mind far more than they probably should!

Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
I'm gonna say movies, and all time favourite I'm gonna say Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

What inspires you?
Pretty much anything can inspire me, sometimes people sometimes an object I see could be almost anything.

Any shout outs?
