Tell us about this design:
I actually did this design before i realized "hitchcock" style bird tees were cliche. Wanted to do something that utilized 1 color and that made a cool statement.

Where are you located?
Sunrise, Florida

What's a day in the life of One Away like?
A day in the life of Jesse Brais is....Wake up around noon. Sketch,draw,photoshop,surf the net. 4oclock to midnight-ish make tasty beverages for people. 1am to 5am grind low/mid stakes poker online.

Where did you get your name One Away?
I earned the nickname through my uncanny ability of constantly falling short from winning in my gambiling endeavours.
It seems that i am always "oneaway" from the money. The living phrase of "close but no cigar".

Why are you an artist?
Am I an artist? I have had no control on what interests me.This is what i always was doing. I actually wish i was playing with
a stethoscope as a kid instead of a sketch book. Maybe i wouldn't be starving ;)

What other interests do have (besides art)?
I play the guitar,and play lots of cards.

Do you own alot of shirts? If so, what's your favorite?
Yes. My favorite is the newest one i get, which right now is "fragmented beauty" by Rafael Pereira

If you could go only to one restaurant for the next five years, which would it be?
Mezes Greek Tavern. I am a Gyro connoisseur.

What was your first printed commercial piece of artwork?
I was lucky enough to get a gig doing a few characters for a rub-on graphics company back in 1998. I got to see them on the
shelves at Kmart. They didn't do to well :/ lol

If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Payoff debts,buy some property, put 10k on black, put away the rest.

MAC or PC?
PC....unless someone wants to give me a new MAC!
