Twenty O Clock
About the artist
A word from the curator:
Roleplaying is all about imagination, and this design captures that perfectly! Check out more designs by the artist at http://infinitywave.deviantart.com
Tell us the background of this design.
It's navy... #0F2226 I think.
Oh! Sorry, right. I wanted to literally draw the clash between your luck and your enemies in tabletop roleplaying games, and this idea seemed like it would have a lot of energy to it! I'm all about the fun.
Where are you from?
Hey I can't misunderstand this question for comedy value. What kind of set up is this? England. Originally near London and now I live in the leafy, green countryside of Somerset. (120 miles from the nearest Krispy Kreme! Oh the humanity.)
Yes. Picard. 27. Ladies underwear. Pork chops. Photoshop 6.0. No, never. I said never!
What do you absolutely not want them to find out?
Name a few of your favorite things.
What are your feelings about education?
Would you rather know how to pick locks or hotwire cars?
Simpsons vs. Futurama: which would win the battle?
Describe your favorite shirt that you own, and why you like it so much.
Which is better, gaming, reading, or watching movies? Name your favorite title in your chosen medium.
What inspires your work?
I could rattle off an endless list of artists and comic books and games that stoke my creative spirit, but overall I just want to make things that have a sense of energy and fun to them. Feelgood stuff.
Any shout outs?
My girl Arcade-Art, who I sometimes collaborate with on original pixel art. My buddy Brandon Wood who I run a picross-style puzzle site with (HeroGlyphix.com). And all of the shirt designers who've helped and inspired me as I've started out this year; marzipanapple, bassanimation, lucky1988 (Herky), Drakxxx, walmazan, MJ. You guys rock.
