Holy smurf thats awesome... and black was the right choice in colour, if that was why you were asking earlier on facebook. Silver or Navy would not that been as good.
KillAudio said: I agree, the Fringe one needs to be made! With a caricature of Olivia on the sleeve. Maybe Fringe could take over the Tuesday/Lost meme!? Or House...
I was thinking that earlier XD Fringe could be the new tuesday... take over where Lost used to be *sniff* Heck, I said it in the forums too. & I wouldn't mind a Supernatural weekly one too, but not all would like that I'm sure :(
sawbones84 said: NO MORE SW SHIRTS PLEASE! Do they sell that well that it's necessary to have more than one a month?
Yes. Yes they do. Very well. Nearly every time.
Lost tees, SStars and other pop tees... do we want teefury to stay online, yes. Do we want to pick a very cool tee now and then than makes us feel unique when wearing it, yes... do we put up with designs that do not match our ultimate design theory... of course, that is what makes wearing a shirt that you do like special. If everyone liked every design, what would be the point? There are so many tastes and styles to suit, it would be impossible to fit the consumer and business model, I think this site does it well. Sorry, rant over.
And here my boyfriend and I were discussing which droid was better all weekend! The answer was in this shirt design all along! BOTH!
This shirt is so excellent. It immediately made me smile. I only wish the scale was slightly smaller... but then again, I always seem to wish the designs were a bit smaller scale here on teefury. Ah well! Wonderful work as it is! :)
love to see the megan fox on the bike and michael bay standing behind her..it will be nice to see that with quotations.... "IF THEY CAN TRANSFORM INTO WOMEN, WHY A CAR???"
CONGRADULATIONS!!!!! you caused my 3 other gamer/nerd roommates to shudder and cringe and two to walk away. besides creepy the comments where Epic creepy. awesome job you cuased our brains to squeek. I think this shirt is in the catorgory of so horrible it's perfect. Kind of like it's so ugly it's cute.
A local artist! Yayness! I would love to buy this and support someone from the area, but I'm not into black shirts. If you ever make this into a decal, I'd buy it in a second.
The side art is fantastic. I love the Captain Kirk(s) photo. I had a caricature done back when the newest movie came out and I had them make me a Vulcan. The point of sharing that tid bit of information being that I would love to have this side art as an art print to go next to my caricature. =)
oh, that made me laugh out loud. I don't see myself wearing it though, it's a no from me. I would, however, like to put a word in for the Dancin Trek side art - I've never watched Fringe otherwise I am sure I'd like the other one, too!!
I thought this shirt was going to be awesome from the email preview, but I think it could done without the text. Also, I don't like the head for some reason.
NNNNnnnooooooooooo!!! Childhood memories ripped asunder! ;) Great design, pity about the OBVIOUS strapline. Why'd you do that, man? Totally would have been a buy if not for the text.
I love the side art!! "Peter - I've found this lollipop - it appears to have stuck to my shoe when we came back from the alternate universe - but it's very tasty...although they use salt instead of sugar in their sweets..." "My father, ladies and gentlemen." Oh please make a Fringe t-shirt!!!!
True Story - Jon Plante inherited my 'Magic Sword' arcade unit when I left college... At the time I tried to convince him that a Salacious Crumb/Jabba The Hut lovechild was a high-larious concept for a tee shirt... he took the high road I see

It's like having Corky from Life Goes in a band all the while struggling to perform vocals in anything vaguely resembling musical timing and/or human-esque pitch & tone - which is, all the while, inspiring, arousing and entertaining... like this shirt, is what I'm saying. ;)
I don't really like this one. Being a tremendous SW fan, I find this offensive. C-3PO and R2-D2 were both male, and both droids, thus making it impossible for them to conceive a lovechild in the first place. And even if they could, they were best friends, not lovers.
I am very excited that so many people know about Fringe. I agree with everyone, there needs to be more Fringe tees made. I kept thinking about that every time a Si-Fi design came up. That would be amazing.
Fantastic design on the print. Congrats to the artist. :)
Text is overkill. Concept is superb. Still in the maybe stage, just maybe... there are some hours left to move from said stage into the bought one nonetheless.

Keep it coming, folks.
After enduring months of LOST shirts, I can't believe anyone would have the temerity to complain about the regularity of ANY style of shirt, be it pop culture, creative art, or whatnot.
And we can keep quoting until we annoy even ourselves.
Trux, the site has an annoying filter that changes your text for your no matter what you type. Dancin Stars is what you see when you type S t a r W a r s . It may see the first word and switch it to Dancin Stars.

Not saying they aren't well done, but how much SW indie art can a (wo)man wear?!
More art, less archaic pop culture.
I completly disagree. I don't think they do enough Dancin Stars shirts! SW is a huge inspiration to people everywhere, and I love seeing what creative spin-offs people come up with. If I had the money I'd buy every single SW shirt they printed. And I do believe they get bought up pretty fast. So keep em coming TeeFury!

A) Freaking love it. That's a brilliant idea. Made just a little bit more creepy by the fact that I've always viewed both droids as male-ish. Even if droids dont really have genders but SHH.
B) Love the Dancin Trek sideart.

See, what I don't care for is the lack of subtlety. There's no room for interpreting this as something, you know, non-creepy. Adding the caption forces the viewer to imagine something that they may not want to, and doesn't leave room for people to just go, "Hey, it's a combination of R2-D2 and C-3PO!" I don't like the weirdly sexual element put on inherently asexual beings. If it had just been the picture, those who wanted to see that kinky side could have, but it wouldn't have forced it on those who would rather see it a different way.
Thanks for all the kind words. Once upon a time "Lovechild" was intended to be the first in a series of shirts showcasing the offspring of pop culture characters (regardless of their gender and/or possession of a biological womb) - thus the text - sort of a brand thing. Anyhoo...
Ragnarok said: C-3PO and R2-D2 were both male, and both droids, thus making it impossible for them to conceive a lovechild in the first place. And even if they could, they were best friends, not lovers.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!
Now I can NEVER watch Dancin Stars without thinking of this again!
I thought they were suppost to be both males anyway.
This made me laugh enough that i had to buy it. The only thing i wish for is smaller designs on the shirts. I'm not one for huge graphics. I think a 5X7 or so would have been ample. This is my new "geek activities" shirt. Thanks!
I love your caricature comics you have on your website, is making comics your vocation? I'm a full-time web developer but I always have a creative endeavor on the back burner. Caricature is something that's always struck me as an odd contradiction: likeness versus exaggeration. I'm still learning.
What's a day in the life of Jon like? Imagine the life of Brad Pitt. Now take away the hair, the muscle, and the gallbladder...
What would the you of now, tell the you of 10 years ago? Bet on Fusaichi Pegasus to win in the 2000 Kentucky Derby.
What was your favorite as a kid: comics, cartoons, or movies? Was there a specific title you liked most of all? Comics mostly, but I followed anything designed to sell toys (G.I. Joe, Transformers, Terms of Endearment, etc.)
What advice would you offer to aspiring designers/artists? Go into finance instead.
MAC or PC? PC. Because it's hipper. What are a few of your favorite websites? For artist web sites, I like creaturebox.com and ragnarama.com. For web comics, you can't beat pvponline.com and boxerhockey.com. For information on breeding Flemish Giant Rabbits you have to go with nffgrb.com
