even looking through my peripheral vision mario's pockets don't look like DKs balls to me. Though that be sweet! Haha... DK having sagging teenie blue balls. No wonder he wants to keep Mario away, the princess hasn't finished the job.

Dude, sorry to break it to you, but I fail to see any resemblance to the designs on his portfolio and the ones on yours. Save the DK one, which really isn't that similar. No princess, Mario (Jumpman) is a lot smaller, DK's tie, the background, barrel, angle, the reality of DK and Jumpman, its all different. Calm the Spock down.

So the theory is that he saw your design and then decided to remake it four years later? That sounds like a stretch, especially since the two designs are not all that similar. The only similarities are things that are from the actual game.

i haven't gotten a shirt since the ET/Shining mash-up, but i think i'm definitely getting this one

Aside from jumpman looking like Link dressed up as Mario, I really don't see how this design can be protected under the usual spoofalicious laws. With the entire level 1 stage in the background, this really seems like something that Nintendo could easily rip a new DonkeyKong out of Teefury if they so chose to.

These are two completely different works, I don't see any similarities other than the same source material. Maybe Nintendo should sue you both for copyright infringement? Settle down.

ha ha saw it and love it. totally differnt design style, closer to the orignal design, the teefury one is more pop style. Whis Dracos had level background on the shirt behind the monkey like the teefury one. then again I wonder what the nintendo version of the shirt is?

Not my thing, ape is too scary looking for my wee uns! My two pennies worth the designs are in no way similar. Morbid boy just made himself look a bit silly. Congratulations on the print, I love all the side art. Especially the clown.

This is some top work. Sure there'll be similar ideas floating around but that will be the case with most things based on pop culture. Good luck to you, I hope it sells well.

Where are the bright orange, light blue, red, yellow, light green, purple, and pink shirts? This is way too dark for this time of year. Also, there is a point where all the 80's references are just boring....this contributed to reaching that point. Sorry for being negative. (ordered at least 15 shirts here the last months)

I LOVE the Snake sideart though. Priiiiiiiiint.

I absolutely HATE Mario (not the artists fault), but this design and artwork rocks! Beautifully executed and the sideart is equally excellent. Me thinks the snake inches above all others though.

The Donald design would be bought, as would be the snake one albeit it would work better if it had a red apple instead of the bird. Today's art is great too but I have purchased too many tees lately. That's the price you pay for being too good Tee Fury.

My friend whose an Avid gamer would love this shirt! Great job. I like the realistic depiction of the ape in particular.

Brilliant artistry on the design. I'd buy this if i was a more retro gamer. Played it once at an old pier when i was about 10 but found it ridiculously hard.

I really like the concept of this shirt. I'm probably not going to buy... not my style... But IfI were considering there's one thing that would stop me..... The placement of the figures looks like some sort of inappropriate act is occurring.... I Loled.... but I'm not sure my parents would hahaha

Teefury is not seasonal thank goddess cuase I look horried in pastels plus teefury is gender neutral most times some times they put girly colors up on the womans or mens shirt but not often. theres a higher demand for average colors.

I resent the 35 year old geek comment I'm 26 & I know 20 year olds that also like oh wait that wasn't glow n the dark referance that was dark color.

in some cases the color of the tshirt is part of the design so the shirt has 7 colors n it that way. as vid and tv refernce I know all ages 3-70 that like them plus they are a great oppertunity to get presents for others that do not have the same taste.

I love this shirt even if DK is about to get painfully neutered.

I'm a 6 foot girl & mediums(when I have to get them if there are no girls ones in HMV...) fits me fine, so for a 5'10 it should be fine. But as others have said, depends if he likes looser fitting tops.
