and OF COURSE i gotta be the first comment on a LOST tee, SPECIALLY one from jimiyo. thank you thank you thank you thank you so much for doing one last LOST tee! this design is great, and i feel it encompasses a lot of the elements of lost very well. this shirt really is a MUST BUY for all LOST fans, specially since THISSS ISSS THE ENDDDD. :[

also, all the haters can finally be happy, this will probably (hopefully not, but probably) be the last LOST tee that the fury ever prints, so im expecting no complaining about us having one last LOST tee today, PLEASE! let us fans mourn/celebrate in peace.

Goodbye LOST. I shall not miss you.

The Vader/Decepticon side-art would be a lot stronger without the chain. It doesn't add anything and you do not need it in order to get the feeling of Vader across. It detracts from the feeling of the Decepticon. Also since it is a different style from the rest it is just distracting in general.

What's a better way to send of Lost than with the purchase of this awesome shirt?

I must admit, it feels a bit jumbled, but not to the detriment of the piece, oh no. It feels as though it was made very much in the spirit of Lost, in more ways than the obvious ones.

I love the Dharma insignia behind it all. And, of course, you can't go wrong with MIB! This one was a no-brainer for me.

I cannot really express in words the sheer, sublime feeling of accomplishment that this shirt stirs in me.

It's a bit funny to explain, really, seeing as it's just a shirt and all, in the end, but this simply masterful and brilliant collage really is a bit of a microcosm of this superb show that plenty of us have been following for the past 6 years (Or, you know, some other amount of time if that suits your own personal situation). Really, I cannot give enough props to Jimiyo for this design, seeing as it really does capture that essence of mystery and the sheer devotion to plot, no matter how seemingly absent-minded the writers get (Cough, Stranger in a Strange Land, why oh why?!). It's elaborate, oh it is ever so elaborate, but in a way it's almost like the show itself, kind of fitting a great deal of information, symbols, and whatever else that comes into play. Also, might I add, I do love how the shirt kind of interlaces the show's underlying and beautiful mythology with the equally as present scientific aspects; the combination of the two really being in my mind the most memorable theme of Lost. That sort of belief that powers beyond us and powers in our hands, that the untangible and what we can grasp and control, that science and faith can, while both polar opposites, work in tandem with one another. Really, Jimiyo, thank you so much for this absolutely fantastic design, you've furthered my purchase of this shirt which I knew I would buy since, whatever it may have been, since, oh, last week I think?

Concerning the show itself, I'm personally going to go into the series finale of Lost pleased with the run it gave us. I'd personally be pleased as long as it delivers with the characters in mind, and not necessarily the plot. I mean, sure, it'd be fantastic if they explained some really pressing questions, but I'd be pleased if some mysteries stayed so and our characters are given each a satisfying closure...

Although, you know, they could end it in lieu of an overly stereotypical and trope-filled 80's film in which, at the end, our rebellious protagonists stick it to the man and get out of dodge by defeating Smokey through the power of rock. We'd then have an ending in which Sawyer runs off with Kate in a classic convertible and we finish at a concert with inexplicably everyone playing instruments, proceeding to jump up in the air and then cue freeze frame.

LOST

Anyway, my heart's kinda going to feel empty without my required dosage of Jackfaces and Desmond. I've written enough words as it is, so I'm out of here, lads and lasses.

you know, it's funny, I clicked to see the new shirt and was wondering if we would have a special L0ST Sunday, and lo and behold we did!! That was cool of them to do for us. However I would have to agree with GaZZuM. At first glance, I thought, hmm interesting. But when I looked at the second image, I felt the exact same way. Not trying to knock anyone's art. But it really does look pretty roughly done. The background images look great and tight, but the foreground images - it just looks unappealing to me (trying not to say bad things about the artist, it's just my opinion.) It definitely is a let down and I won't be buying it, but I hope it makes "The Others" happy (hahah i made a funny!)

You know, it's probably a sin saying this here, but I've only watched a few eps of LOST. I'm more of a 24/Firefly/Dollhouse (lol isn't it funny how all those are canceled now?) kind of guy. After all the shirts and all the hype about LOST I think I'll start up again. This shirt is awesome. I don't even get half the references in it, but I'm gonna buy it! Lawl, I've bought soo many shirts lately that I'm running out of money. Good job jimiyo, your work never ceases to amaze me!

Totally agree with Niku on this one. People who buy the Lost shirts don't just buy them for no reason. They buy them because they love the show. If you know any Lost fan's you know that we don't view it as just a fad. I'll be wearing my Lost shirts as long as they're still wearable.

In my experience shirts like this just get even cooler. People get way more excited when they recognize something they haven't seen in four years or whatever. I think it's more fun to have shirts that reference things that are off the air; more people ask you what your shirt is about and you're less likely to see someone else with the same top on. Some of my favorite shirts are for bands that are no longer together, things from long ago like Fraggle Rock or The X Files. To each their own of course, but the main reason I bought this is because to me it's going to be six times more awesome in a year or so. :)

I actually try to buy the most LOST shirts as possible...It's one of those shows that you'll remember as adults. LOST in our generation can be compared to Dancin Trek back in the 60s.

There are those people who follow the show, episode by episode, and others that watch casually and don't understand the show.

I know I'll probably still have these LOST shirts years from now, and people will be like "What's that faded design on your shirt", and ill tell them about the greatest show that ever existed....that is until they start doing "re-makes" and "reboot movies"....at that point ill be like "The original was better!!!!"

I feel the same. This is my first purchase here. I've been checking the site for a few weeks waiting to see something I liked before I placed an order. While I saw many designs that I disliked, I would never leave a comment saying I thought it was bad or ugly; we know the artists read these and I can't think of anything more rude than straight up telling someone you think their hard work socks.

If I don't like something I don't buy it. If TeeFury is left with lots of extras then that speaks for itself.

If the artist were showing their drawing in person I highly doubt these people would say such rude things to their face; why is it okay in a comment? I am a fan of art critiques, of course, but often what I see is not constructive criticism, it is just flat out cruel.

Not going to lie this design is really cool, I like how they mixed a bunch of the mysteries together that they havent really solved yet. However, today is THE LAST EPISODE OF LOST EVER so I was expecting a little more epic of a design. I am not sure exactly what I wanted but this did not meet my expectations for a finale LOST design, but I still give props to Jimiyo.

It's not exactly like LOST, but it's still good. I can't compare FF just yet though because I haven't gotten as attached to the show like I did with LOST.

Well this is an easy buy for me (might buy 2), but honestly I would have bought anything LOST! today. I like the collage look and the artwork plus i think you picked the perfect things to include in it. As always I would have preferred a light colored shirt but that's just a preference thing.

One last note: It would have been amazing if this shirt had today's date on it. That would have really made it a true tribute shirt and would have marked the day that any real Lost fans Lost something within themselves. Maybe I'll find someway to include the date on the shirt myself.

like many other teefury fans, i came to the site today excited about the possibility of a lost shirt with the finale tonight...but i have to be honest, i was disappointed with the design. i felt the statue in the foreground was poorly rendered, which in essence took away the impact of the total image. I love the combination of references/symbols that make this a shirt really intended for hardcore fans of the show, i just wish the execution had been cleaner and more precise. i think the timing of the shirt has made it a hit (and it seems that many fans of the show would admittedly have bought ANYTHING with lost on it today)...but unfortunately i'll have to pass and truly hope that this won't be the last one (as a latecomer to the site i unfortunately did not have the pleasure of enjoying other lost shirts that have been referenced in previous posts...maybe the next grab bag i'll get lucky :))

Actually, the more I see this design the more I realize that I will NEVER be satisfied as long as LOST is ending. I am a die hard fan of the show and know that no matter how the show ends I will never be satisfied because the show will be over forever.
I guess I was just expecting a design with a little more to do with the final characters/plot lines; like the smoke monster, the light in the center of the island, something related to destiny, or something connecting their sideflashes. But, nobody can be 100% satisfied when they are talking about LOST, I just hope they still make a couple tees to commemorate the amazingness that is LOST!

You guys know Im a hater of pop culture tees but...
This one I like. Im a huge TV addict too and while I never jumped on the lost airwagon (pardon the pun, I have seen the ads over the years and catched an episode here and there.
Never the less, I am always sad to see something end, and I feel a proper ceremony is needed. I watched heroes for 4+ years and am sad that is cancelled so I feel what you feel.

Glad to see that TF gives the fans a little smile for the finale of LOST. I don't know anything about the show but considering the following, it must be good. I am sure though, even though it is the finale, they will still sell LOST tees.

As for the Tee and sideart, Jimiyo, you are one of the best. I buy your Tees all the time and the love the Space Invader art and I would get the Vader one for my dad. The Kermit would be for me though.

All I ask is keep things interesting here on the site. Branch out and hit different topics. As much as I love a good video game Tee, I wouldn't mind seeing an Anime Tee or a Internet Meme Tee. I will say this though, they have been having some GREAT tees as of late.

While I am not a fan of LOST (hey I won't complain if the shirts are making you money that help keep the site up) I am IN LOVE with ALL of the side art. I love the Kermit and Vader, but the Space Invaders (surprised no one mentioned that it's the CLOVERFIELD monster in there) is my fave. I followed CLOVERFIELD from beginning to end and it is one of my favorite movies. I will definitely buy it and I want to thank you for throwing it in there.

@ ChandlerWH... easy there, Bitter Betty. It was a legit request and it was even politely expressed. You got your wish and have one last L0ST tee before the series implodes into oblivion, so leave off on the random snarkiness, mmm'kay?

I'm not a L0ST fan so I don't understand what any of these symbols mean, but from a design standpoint its not a strong example. Placing all of the images in the center of the design does not make the design balanced or even; its just cluttered, without an obvious visual pathway to get from one symbol to the next. The central statue (?) image is flat and doesn't stand out from the rest except by being larger (even though it looks like it was intended to be the main focal point). The drawing quality of the lighter images looks primative or childlike (a conscious style choice perhaps?), and contrasts poorly with the screened back tropical imagery in the background and the Egyptian symbols at the top, both of which seem more sophiscated because of their graphic treatment. In short, it looks stylistically inconsistent and compositionally careless.

And yes, feel free to look at my sketchbook any time if that's what it takes to voice a dissenting critique around here.

over the past two years, this gem of a site has taken so much of my time, thought, and money, and i wouldn't give any of it back.
to tell you the truth, i am not a huge lost fan, but i absolutely love how it affects our teefury community both positively and negatively. i am so proud of all of the curators, artists, and spot-on fans that are always here for the designs. So who cares if someone doesn't like the design or the subject, talk about. The stimulation of just one comment can really goes a ways.
I am a teebird fan to tell you all the truth, but i love teevil and the popart brigade just as much.
Whether it was DEAD INSIDE, dead bird day, Fuzzy's wonderful comments, Stablercake's spocks and mustaches, every single grab bag day, LOOOOST, or just a 24 hour piece of artwork, it's been wonderful, and i can't wait to see the next thing that attacks this place.

Right there with you! I've been watching this show every Tuesday since I rented the first season when it first hit dvd shelves. Its hard to keep me loving a show, and love this one I do. I'm ready for the end but still sad. I have the "WWJLD?" Shirt, and last weeks desmond constant shirt. There are several I missed (like the blue one with the island and the plane...) and I will get this one, too. :)

BUT YES!! FRINGE SHIRTS WOULD BE AWESOME!! I wish I could make one up but alas, I am no graphic artist. I try but I don't do good. I leave that up to the people like Jimiyo and all the others who put their work out here for us to have and the ney-sayers to poo-poo.

Oh, totally buying this one, too. I will miss this show very much.

I've posted a few time wanted to say again how much I love this shirt! I can't look at it wihout hearing the sound of the smoke monster and thinking back on when we saw the statue for the first time! It brings back lots of memories over the last years. My friends smile at me when I geek out over this show and my theories and the "omg this happened!" Now I can geek out in true geek style!

I'll have to pass... Still not much of a Lost fan. I absolutely love the Hurley dude design, though! And pretty much anything else Jimiyo does.

The grab bags FINALLY arrived! Took 'em a while to get to Norway, maybe because of the volcano thing? For some reason I have to go pick them up at the post office, which is odd, because I've never had to before even though I usually get three or six.

Anyway, I won't be able to pick up my grabs until tuesday. Can't wait. I'll want to trade any Lost shirts I may get... Just a heads up!

I must now voice my opinion since so many decided that they would speak up with their jewels of wisdom.

The shirt has a good design with great execution. I'm not a Lost fan. In fact, I despise the show with all of my being (that might be a bit much but I'm a master in exaggeration). I, however, can look over my hatred of the show and see the talent behind the design. It deserves a spot with other TeeFury greats (here is looking at you shot-gun). It is pure ignorance for people to attack the design (or designer)... might I see your sketch book? If you don't like it--don't buy it! You have the ability to speak with your dollars; unfortunately, some of you have decided to voice your dislike by being a gigantic butt!

TeeFury, I thank you for continually printing wearable works of art! And, I thank you JIMIYO for producing pure awesomeness that I can gift to friends and family (and occasionally buy for myself). I will be buying this shirt for my sister-in-law just as a catalyst to the few fools who decided to bum rush their idiocy into the conversation.

I reeeeeally don't see the big deal with Lost. I watched most of the first season, and then it got way too dumb. Everything stopped making sense, plotholes kept revealing themselves and then being covered up with more "unanswered questions." I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the last episode is just 5 mins long and it's just the entire cast waking up in their respective beds and then a Brady Bunch style box shot of each of their heads while they all say, "That was a crazy dream" in unison.

The Egyptian elements and the collage style are great! I would love to see either or both of these ideas on TF shirts, again! Mmm, my mandolin case can always use more stickers! Here's hoping! The side art I would most like to see on TF tees are the Kermit froggy and Sawyer's puzzlement over broccoli not being a cheeseburger (even if that one wasn't up for voting on)! Here is a Last Hurrah for the epic journey that was the TV series Lost! We originally planned to print this months ago, but we cancelled it several times. After much cajoling, it has been revived.

What will fans do without looking forward to Tuesday nights? It's like being broken up with, as Extreme's Nuno Bettencourt would say, "A circle can't fit where a square should be..."

There were good times, there were bad times. Who's going to miss Claire's psycho screams and freak outs, or Sawyers Angry Face? There's only so many times someone can see that face, and think, OK, yeah, you're broody, we get it, we get it.

For some reason, this comes to mind.

What will our ornery anti-Lost Facebook fans complain about if there is no more Lost Tuesday? Wait, there are still other things to hate. Many, many things.
