Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the reason Pac-Man is in the center box in disguise is so he can eat them right away, thus getting the most points. Plus, it's an artist's interpretation of HIS version of the game, which I think is awesome!! My 10 year old wants this. Maybe I'll get it for him since he does love Pac-Man.

Thinking the same thing myself. Already have heaps of black/dark shirts, and it seems lately TeeFurys favoring the black.

Granted this would look great on black but theres been plenty other designs that would look equally as good on white!

As others have said, if it wasn't black I'd buy it. I like the design, but I only have a couple black shirts and I hardly ever wear them as I don't really favor the color. If this was on light blue, yellow, or white, I'd buy it. Great art and side art though! I really like the Mele Kalikimaka design, I now have the song stuck in my head.

Gonna have to sleep on this decision. I really like that skull with the headphones. I'd buy that one right away.

Didn't see this brought up yet, so it's my duty as post bar drunkard to say-

It's not the box that's off putting. It's the scale. If it were 70% or so in the middle of the torso/abdomin it would be a 9.5.

As it stands, I need to sleep, drink Gatorade, watch some episodes of The Office, and then I shall be in a state worthy of making a decision.

remember something, people, this shirt has to be different from the actual game characters because of copyright/character laws. If the artist rendered the art exactly like the game characters, Namco could sue for infringement. So the art has to be done in a way that you know what it is referring to, but not exact replicas so that the bigwigs who don't mind suing the little people will come down on them.

I would have bought if only the cage wasn't there. It takes up too much space where the ghosts and pacman could have been instead, and yes, it's part of the game, but so is the whole map and dots, but you don't see them, do you.

I was worried because this shirt was REALLY tempting but I don't really have the money... then I realized all the ghosts are blue and in their pen. The nerd in me is too bugged by that to buy it. I LOVE the concept, though, I'm just weird.

1) Where's the 4th ghost? Pac already ate him and is now wearing his sheet.

2) Why are they all in the box? The other three are obviously hiding, waiting to turn back to their original colors. What better irony than to be waiting in the "safe area" when you're eaten.

Glad I'm not the only one annoyed with the complaint. After being eaten, ghosts flash blue, UNTIL THEY COME OUT OF THE BOX.

He needs the disguise because that is the only time they are running away from him, when they are in ‘eatable mode”. If they were colored they would be chasing him and the ghosts would be the ones needing a disguise.

He needs the disguise because that is the only time they are running away from him, when they are in ‘eatable mode”. If they were colored they would be chasing him and the ghosts would be the ones needing a disguise.

Ahhh i see.

I guess it works both ways. i was thinking the disguise would be better when they were chasing him so he could hide but i see now that it would also be useful to sneak attack as well instead of just to hide.

In eatable mode, the ghosts would run away. That's why he's in a costume!
