I think he means he wishes the guy wasn't black because it is hard to tell that he is a guy when the shirt is on charcoal. And I have to agree with him. Maybe black with a white outline or something, but this isn't doing it for me.

It took me all of two seconds to decide to buy this. Something about the paint splash design I just love. The second side art is cool too. Reminds me of a book I used to read as a kid called "The Rainbow Goblins."

Hm...I really, really, really love the concept, but I wish that the man was actually in color coming out the colored side of the portal, while still in silhouette on the other side. If the man had one arm through as well, and color coming from his finger tips and the tips of his shoes splashing back towards him, it would be amazing. I mean, this is amazing but hnnnngghh...

I think what it is, is that there is no interaction between the man and the color splashes. It just seems like two separate images overlapped, versus one cohesive image where there is a relation to the man and the color. I hope that makes sense.

However, the Dalek side art = PRINT PLZ.

I am not happy with Redbubble. They messed up the address of my order at least 3 times. The final time putting in that the shirt was supposed to go to a different country after I originally put in coming to the United States. End result...the shirt gets GossipGirl in the nethers of the mail and I am out almost 30 bucks. Worse than that, my father in law doesn't get the shirt he wanted for his b-day.

Love this, the colors work so well together and it just bodes so nicely. I think that the actual "person" isn't in color because as the title says, it's referring to the soul, which is the abstract force behind him. (i.e. the color splash)

The man jumping through the "portal" might represent how when the mind thinks a certain way, it can really affect who a person is and what they believe in. Turning from monochrome into color could be a way of showing a critical realization of sorts, or a new way of jumping into something brand new with no regrets. (...or so I think, at least.)

Love how simple and casual that interview is as well. You can at least tell he isn't trying too hard to answer, so it comes out naturally. Also quite hilarious. Honestly I can't even really tell if he's just trying to troll or not lawl. This shirts really nice, but I'm still not 100% sure if want... Hmmmmmmmmmm....... I'll have to do some more thinking over this.

You're right, if the figure on the right side had some "tone", or changed somehow, it would be a 10 out of 10. But it is awesome, a 9 out of 10!

i like THIS DESIGN over that side art. this is the first shirt i could not live without in the months i have been following teefury.

really not digging this, looks like a downloaded stock silhouette and a few Photoshop splatter brushes. not impressed.

I'm happy Tee Fury is doing something a little more wearable (nothing more annoying than someone squinting at your shirt and mouthing the words to you), but this is still only a 6 on a scale of 10.

I think you guys are missing the fact that the character's silhouette remaining static once on the other side serves a few purposes. like it shouldn't take away from the design forcing your eye to fixate on it while the remaining colors change between the splashes would go unnoticed.

Another is it's more efficiently produced this way which saves us as consumers money.

My favorite point is for any of us who have the overwhelming feeling of drudgery while working 9 to 5 in corporate setting and forced to adhere to suit & tie policy can completely relate to this every evening around 5ish through the work week but esp on Fridays where you are FREE AT LAST...until Monday, of course.

I get the feeling ericinabington wasn't refering to race here, but the fact the character is a silhouette/shadow. There's nothing wrong with that comment.

And I think that the right side of the character needs some colour or that we can actually see the person's features. Jumping from the left (which is b/w) into a colourful space needs more to it. Otherwise, I do like the design and idea behind it. And I agree with the Portal comments too.
