I would DEFINITELY buy this if it were just the pug on the shirt. I don't understand what is on top of its head. I know that it's a pun on Lady GaGa and all of her outrageous outfits (I think?) but I would love it sooo much more if it were just the pug!!

I have a pug and he is the BEST!!!! Pugs are my favorite animals. Ever. I wish that I could get a cool pug shirt.... Unfortunately, that won't be today :(

I LOVE this artist's style. Please give me more of this artist. Artist if you are reading this comment, I would love to see this animal/human hybrid style in a darker and more morbid setting (it's the horror fan in me)....I think that would look very cool.

I dig the pug with the 3d dual colour effect and if it was that alone i would seriously consider the purchase. However, the thing on its head reminds me of Federation Square (a landmark building in Melbourne, Australia). The two together plus the giant telephone make for a bizarre mash up. I wouldn't have made the connection to Lady Gaga if it wasn't in the title. Saying that i dig the design and think it would look great as a screen printed poster mounted in a frame. I just don't think a dude could pull off wearing this shirt. Most TeeFury shirt designs are unisex but this is one of the rare designs that is gender pacific.

Love the sun baking kangaroo in side art.

For people who don't understand... He has an origami type telephone on his head. It's like the telephone on Lady Gaga's head during the music video for Telephone.

Just watched the film clip... Lady Gaga has clearly dispelled those hermaphrodite rumours! The cinematography is quiet nice although i now have an over whelming urge to buy a Virgin mobile and a diet Coke.

The pun of the Pug with the Gaga head gear now make sense. It actually quiet amusing. I personally couldn't pull of wearing it as a shirt. Does anyone know if the artists has screen printed posters of her work available? Are there any sites similar to the TeeFury model that do screen printed posters?

Awesome,...a Lady Gaga, Pug combo...perfect! My wife is a big fan of Lady Gaga ( I like her too) and we own a pug, who we love to pieces. We named our pug Madge, after Madonna's british nickname (which means "Your Majesty") and being fans of Madonna. We see lots of similarities between Lady Gaga and Madonna. I may have to buy this for my wife!

btw: Pugs ARE cute and very lovable! Bred for companionship with origins dating back to 600 B.C. China.

ugh i now remember seeing when that shirt was up, regret never getting it. shirt trading sounds like too much of a hassle. i got the blue owl shirt with my grab bag pretty happy with that.

Thanks! I know humaniod animals weird some folks out, but I cherish that creepiness and absurdity. I roll around in it like a lady-dog in mud!

I like the design, and I like the cleverness of the idea. I particularly like the blend of color. Animal faces on people really disturb me, though.

On a side note, this reminds me a lot of a Goldfrapp video, which also creeped me out.

She is a combination of my affinities for smashed-face dogs, elaborate costume design, and stupid puns.

What are your feelings on Lady Gaga?

It's refreshing to have a pop star who seems to "get it" and actually has agency in what she does. While she's extremely commercial, I believe she controls her image to some degree and that image is unique and interesting. Very Madonna. (Catchy tunes, too).

Do you usually listen to music when you work? If so, what?

Oh yes. Hot Chip and Metronomy are old favorites and I've had Major Lazar and Lady Gaga on repeat for awhile. Weird electronic booty jams are my jam. Also, my boyfriend's been teaching me about country & bluegrass and I'm hooked: Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Lucinda Williams, Dolly Parton, all excellent music to draw to.

What's your musical guilty pleasure?

It's true that I enjoy a lot of crap, but the only thing I feel guilty about is not keeping up with new music. I don't think anybody I hang around with would knock me for singing "Party in the U.S.A."

What art projects are you working on lately?

I'm making a bunch of animal drawings for a show I've got coming up at Giant Robot SF in June, doing regular comics for The Believer and Vice Magazine, and slowly fleshing out some absurd ideas for my next comic book
