im gonna be dead honest here, at first glance, i didnt realllly understand what it was, and for some reason the S' didnt click in relation to a s'mores, and i honestly thought the chocolat was like wood or something.....but after staring at it for a good couple of minutes it finally clicked and i actually really love it. i should have got it right away from the red scarf, but i must be tired or something cause it just didnt click right away.

regardless, its a very clean design, well executed. i WOULD like it more if the print was a little bigger on the tee, but i can live with the size, and i enjoy the colour of the shirt in relation to the colour of the print. also, the slightly charred sides of the mallow is a very nice touch, and i think my favorite part is the eyes! too funny.

congrats on the print david, and id love to see S'MORE from you in the future :D ;]

Awesome... I just am not sure people will get it. I hate when I have to explain shirts, it makes them less funny. People will stare at my toastbusters shirt for hours and just say, i dont get it. Then I go, TOASTBUSTERS!! and they are like... oh. People dont appreciate the good things in life.

Great execution of the idea. The design really floats by boat. I recognized immediately that it was a s'more... and as I was reading comments, like Niku's, I guess it wasn't quite as obvious. Actually, it wasn't until Niku pointed out the scarf that I realized it was Stay Puft. Maybe it's my own lack of immediate insight, but is this design not genius that takes a few minutes of staring to appreciate? Single layer graphics with several, subtle layers of pop-culture reference. Actually, now that I think about, even the graphics have some subtlety; seriously, how many people noticed Stay Puft's dimples? The dimples are the focus, but it's another simple detail that can make or break a design. And that's what makes the shirt for me. Congrats, David.

I love it however I had to stare at it for a long while before I made the marshmellow man out. I'd sugest a bigger bow or maybe the face in black instead of tan so it stands out more. Also crackers being a differnt color from the roasting might of helped. Which ever in any combo. Buying cuase 1. I always wanted this on a shirt 2. I have fabric paint =D thank you for a dream come true.

I got the RAM-bo on the side art right away. The BIRDS OF PRAY looked cool, but I missed the underlying meaning until I read a comment on it and then it was like "Oh, yeah". Same for the current Tee, it looks cool and I got the dead marshmallow in a s'more, but the Stay-puft escaped me completely until it was explained. I guess the missing hat to finish off the look made it too vague for me.

Grab bags are special events, and they only happen once every three months or so. Keep an eye on the front page an sign up for the newsletter to make sure you don't miss it when it happens :)

I like the idea, but unfortunately, not a big Ghostbusters fan... No-one in Norway eat s'mores anyway so people wouldn't get it. I'm not saying that alone is a reason no to buy a shirt, but you know what I mean...

Yeah I know what you mean, but that too me is all the more reason to purchase it. Buy it dude,you'll be the only person in Norway with this shirt. Imagine a sea of black Emperor and Dimmu Borgir shirts, and and suddenly BAM! white shirt with something awesome that no one around you understands! You become the James Dean of Norway overnight, but luckily escape crashing your Porsche and dying way before your time.

Or just ignore me, I am just posting to try to find a thumbnail for a previous shirt anyway.

the side art is awesome. Not to sound like an A H0LE ,but something just doesn't sit right when seeing an eagle wearing a turban. I'd still rep that shirt. And the optimus prime building is genius.

Your Han Solo Pop did really well. How was your first experience with Teefury? Impression of the community? I think the Teefury community is great. It was a fun ride seeing how many people enjoyed and bought the shirt. It was also very helpful when a few very influential blogs picked it up.

Have any new projects in the works? I'm going to start dedicating some time on exploring new styles for my personal work. If I ever start to feel like I'm in a rut, I know it's time to re-invent the way I do things. So that's my next new venture.

What's a day in the life of David like?
Get up uber early. Coffee. Coffee. Coffee. Draw/create ideas. Go to work.
Create. Come home, wrestle/play with the kids. Watch a flick w/wife.
Draw/create more. Repeat.

What do you want Teefury fans to know?
I won a loon-calling contest when I was 9. It's on my resume.

What was your first printed shirt online?
Irate Primate (originally known as Furious George)

Do you own alot of shirts? If so, what's your favorite?
Laundry basket is full of them. Fav is one of Brock Davis' (aka laserbread): Animals with Eyepatches! Yes!

How did you get into art?
Bob Ross. I kid, but, I seriously had a weird obsession watching him paint when I was younger. Which later turned into getting a BFA in graphic design. Go figure. Maybe
it's because I could never make my trees as happy as the master did.

If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?
Travel. And then travel some more. And if I had any extra time and money,
I'd probably do some more traveling.

MAC or PC?
Not even a question. I bleed apple juice.
