Maybe someone who understands these things can advise why others see the 'sidebar' art, yet using three different browsers I can't see anything. UGH!!!!!!

I really like the shirt! It kinda reminds me of Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NYMH! I don't think I'd but it myself, but I'm deffinitely recommending to a friend of mine!

Actually, yes! On the artist's blog, she has both of these as separate illustrations in a series inspired by NIMH.

Even though these mice wear nice scarves and reading glasses - I live in NYC so unfortunately I can't be responsible for bringing two more mice into this city. HOWEVER, I definitely see myself buying a tshirt with more of this artist's work on it. She is so gorgeously talented. I definitely would like to see more from her! xo

I really like the mechanical octopus and the lady with the polar bear. GREAT art work. I'm broke from too many other purchases but your artistry is really amazing. I like this on the white. Makes the turquoise stand out really well and the other white mouse that much more clear. TO ME!!!

But seriously, folks. This is very cute and the art is lovely...very nice color. I thought it was watercolor but then reading the description of how you work, I have no idea. I was thrown off by the bag they're loading corn kernels into...it looks so much like matchbook at first glance; and I don't understand the stylized flourishes coming out the back or from under the bag, which turn into some sort of grain or grass flower. Interesting but confusing.

Keep up the good work and stick with it...you've got skills (great side art). Cheers!

Trux, every time TeeFury prints a shirt, we print a few extras- this helps us to cover for possible mailing issues, printing errors, etc. It is those extras that get tossed into the Grab Bags.

We only own the rights to the artwork for one day (after that, the artist regains full rights), so it would be impossible for us to sell shirts with that artwork after the initial day of sales.

I hope that clears things up!

Thanks for your concern, but I could probably handle it! I grew up on DOS based systems and I've been using computers for over 2 decades. Just because my primary computer usage is for 2D graphics and communication doesn't mean I'm completely clueless about the inner workings. I'm looking into running Windows inside of Ubuntu on a VM (since Photoshop doesn't work in Linux) but my issue is that right now I may not have enough RAM.

I would have bought this shirt had I not dropped $17 on the grabbag yesturday.

Not really feelin it. I really like your mechanical animals though. If you made a mechanical sheep that was sleeping I would be all over that. Perhaps with an insight into his dreams

Also just throwing it out there: I don't see why saying "i like it" without reason is okay but saying "i don't like it" without reason is mean. They're both empty opinions, if you want to be constructive you give a reason whatever you think, not only if you don't like it. Not wanting to hear negative thoughts is just fooling yourself.

I love how the more I look at this the more I see, like in the details in the mice's ears + tail + fur, the shaping in the kernels of corn, and the corn husk bag! You're right that there's a lot of expression in mice's eyes and paws and you worked that beautifully! I'll wear this out and to bed :). The design makes the shirt look even cozier!
