high production quality, not really the subject matter I'd go for

plus the whole obama picture generator is starting to become tired.

once again, these kinds of shirts don't make good shirt designs, they make good pictures. A difference between a good design for a shirt and a picture is that it's something that will be noticed over and over again by the same people. This is something like a picture on the internet you see once, then ignore completely each time it's posted. While it's a good picture, it's something someone would see on the shirt, laugh at, then just tune out every time they see you wearing it afterwards. I do this myself with lots of funny tees, and my friends and I seem to never comment on t-shirts like these more than once.

Great shirt, wouldn't buy, I feel a little bit too old to be waring "lol" shirts anymore. I can certainly see others liking it though, and understand there's no such thing as a "skeleton key" design that will please everyone. :/

Same here, I love the concept and would buy it in a heartbeat but would much rather avoid anything by Twilight related for fear of being pounded by Twitards.

That's one of the best interview's I've ever read on here.

As someone that has not seen either of these Twilight movies and doesn't understand the hype; thank you for the analysis. Seems like it's Titanic meets vampires. Remember how all these dumb, dateless, teenage girls all went Lady Gaga over that movie? At least that movie was done well.

Also shouldn't there be laws against teenage girls dating like 200 year old vampires? Like shouldn't the vampire be arrested for being a pedophile? Apparently it's ok if you're a young looking 200 years.

I think the problem with this shirt aside from being another Obama Hope poster rip, is that if you are a hardcore "Twihard" to the point where you would wear a picture of Bella on your shirt, you would also be personally invested in the books and movie enough to be insulted by the way the character is referenced.

Thus another PCR shirt falls flat for me. But if Design by Humans actually prints that Knocker Shirt on the sidebar, I am buying it! (I voted :)

Considering there is another movie coming out next summer, and 1-2 more in the works... I'm pretty sure it'll take a couple years before this shirt becomes dated and the insanity ends.

Oh god. Okay I was fine with the pop culture shirts, yeah Star Wars was getting old, but there were a couple good ones in there, and honestly pop culture is something people can relate to so I don't have much of a problem. But Twilight? I thought we were better than that j 3j

But in all seriousness I'm not really sure who this is marketed toward. Those that enjoy Twilight might agree, but probably not wear the shirt (especially since the drawing of her makes her mouth area really nasty) and those that hate Twilight, like me, wouldn't want to wear Bella on their chest.

Well I don't think this shirt is for people who would be insulted by it, more for people who want to do the insulting. That's what it seems like to me.

Yeah but would a person who hates Twilight buy a shirt with one of the series main characters on it?

It would be like: "I hate Twilight so much that I am wearing this portrait of Bella just so you can see how much I hate your stupid movies!"

You would be promoting the series almost as much as you would be insulting it, which would kinda defeat the purpose.

Also, I hate a lot of things... but I don't know that I hate anything $11 worth ;)

i hate that face that she makes, and i support this shirt, no matter how many times it's redone. my roomate is a twihard fan, yet she says that harry potter is for heathens, haha, give me a break. not a buy for me, but i really love the tiger on the side, and the anothersite "there's always a bigger fish".

i thoroughly enjoyed watching the first twilight movie, the sole reason being that i have only ever watched the Rifftrax version of it, in which the guys from mst3k riff the everloving hell out of it. it's fantastic.

this shirt reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from the guys, actually: "is she supposed to look sexy, or like she's wearing a rabbit's dentures?"

being a reasonably intelligent girl who was reading stuff like the pern novels when i was 13, i think the twilight books were probably my reading level when i was a few years younger than that. and even then, i like REAL vampires. you know, the ones who BURST INTO FLAMES in the sun.

i'm also throwing in my lot as a fellow star wars fangirl. one of my christmas gift requests was a "han shot first" t-shirt, which i wear with pride.

Ummm... LITTLE girls, yes. People like me that have their big-girl pants on don't want anything to do with this movie. That being said, I don't even like Star Wars, but I'd much rather watch any of those than this sorry-excuse-for-capital-gain of a movie. As far as the shirt, I agree that I'm a bit tired of this meme. Nice idea, just a little too easy to play off of (like; "Got Milk?"). I've only been lurking on this site for 4 months, but I've already seen 3-4 shirts just like it. o_O

I think we all need to move on.

Twilight = fad, but to be honest it did one hell of a job at getting adult woman to regress into teenage girls wishing they were back in high school acting like their daughters, I can't tell you how many woman get together at the bars, and talk Twilight books and movies with each other, gossiping and giggling like little girls. I see it all the time, its quite strange to say the least.

Have you watched either of the movies? When I'm happy, I watch the first one. It's so emo that it makes me want to crawl into the corner and make art again!

Well I’ve only seen the first Twilight movie and having a set of working testicles I wasn’t terribly impressed, felt like a pilot for a teen drama but in a movie format…like Smallville meets I dunno something with drama and something with vampires.

I really didn’t get it at first but I understand the fuss now, Twilight is basically Star Wars for girls and no matter how much you may dislike it there’s really nothing you can do to put a dent in the fervency of a fan girl…they tend to ignore bothersome, inconvenient things like the truth and uh reality.

Fun fact: I actually thought the Asian guy was gay until he hit on Bella, I was like WTF he’s straight? Plot twist!! La Push baby, La Puuuush!!!

Why do you think teenage girls, and apparently middle aged housewives love Edward so much? He gets all the girls. Cho Chang, that girl from Zathura, and I admit it, when he was whacked by Lord Voldemort's minion I was kinda bummed. So what's up with Edward that makes women swoon?

Can’t say really but if your middle aged wife is wearing Team Edward underoos to bed I’d strongly recommend committing ritual suicide

What have you done to make sure that you will be okay when teenage girls come try firebomb your house or vex your soul with incantations?

I’ve set a series of Jigsaw-like traps around my house

* pits of sharpened Doritos chips covered by a “Cullen’s Home” door mat

* blow up dolls of Edward sprinkled with itching powder

* Eclipse script books tied to grenade pins

I’ve also purchase an anti magic t-shirt…well it’s not really special it just says “DOAN MAGIK ME BRO” on it but they don’t know that.
