hector's got brains! the idea for this came up to my mind when i read an article about hummingbirds. it said: "hummingbirds do not spend all day flying, as the energy costs of this would be prohibitive; the majority of their activity consists simply of sitting and perching."

What do you do for a living?

I'm a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. recently i also started to run my own label "denada" including an onlineshop. there you can get some one-of-a-kind toys i made, posters and apparel.

What influences your work?

everything! other artist's works, internet, books, music, tv etc...

Do you have any particular hobbies?

my biggest hobby besides my work as an illustrator is illustrating :) other than illustration i try to do sports and get some fresh air outside, meet my buddies and party.

What are you current five favorite songs?

hmmm, i really like "dance wiv me" by dizzee rascal and "turn the page" by the streets but these are a bit older already. usually i just listen to several livestreams. depending on my mood it's charts stuff, rap, instrumental or even salsa music ;)

Is there somewhere in the world that you'd like to be right now?

yeah, how about any caribbean island because it's sooo damn cold right now here in germany!
