Tell us about yourself:
Honestly it took me a while to answer this interesting question, a picture of my previous job interview flashed in my head, where I was all nervous and excited. I know this is not my first interview but Teefury is some place to be known. Also this one is more exhilarating because you have the whole world to know about you.
Some people say, to describe oneself is to know how other people see you. But some things are not always accurate. So to tell you a bit about me, I would say what my friends would call me…”The Dreamer”, that I have this high ambition in life and is always working to fulfill it. But I say, I just want to be rich and make more people happy..J Others say I am gifted and talented, but all I did was to impress my girl with my little sketches :D
Perhaps the certainty here is that I am just simple and real with some essential needs in life and what else would someone do but to make use of what has been given to him.
What's a day in the life of zb like?
Alarm is set at six sharp, wakes up at half past seven and sleeps back for thirty minutes more. Checks the internet for forty minutes before hitting the shower and then play with my little kid Nio while taking my breakfast. Goes to work in a clinic and treat some patients (humans). On a short break, I draw some designs from my recent encounters. (like an editorial artist) Chat with some friends for some business prospects. Goes home late and sleeps for eight hours straight while listening to some Nirvana music.(repeat)
It sounds like a bore but the whole time I am constantly thinking of my inspiration and visualizing what would be my next blueprint..:D Also I work-out every time I remember it and watch old time favorite movies when I think I have that much time to waste.
I only know you from the internet, emails, and forums, but I can tell
that you are one of the most positive artists around, how do you do
it? Do you just generally have a positive disposition?
Hahaha..I just learn to be happy most of the time…I am an optimistic person and is constantly saying yes with an affirmative smile. Since I normally treat patients, a dose of laughter has always been my best medication given to them. Also being positive never failed to make me feel good. Also whatever you do or say in the internet, the internet keeps it...who knows I might run for president so I should watch my attitude..hahaha..
Wherever you go, no matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine. ~Anthony J. D'Angelo, The College Blue Book
Do you own a lot of shirts? If so, what's your favorite?
Ohh.. I got a ton of shirts, my cabinet is overflowing with t-shirts from the internet. But I gave most of them to my friends and cousins last Christmas, they are the best gift I could giveJ My recent favorite is the” The Wild Band by xiaobaosg and “Modern Cartoon” by Jublin after wearing “Swing to the Music” like almost everyday. Also "‘Till Death do us Part" has been my Saturday night Shirt. :D
How did you get into art?
I came from a family of artist, con-artist, make-up artist, you name it :D Since the time that I was able to hold a chalk my grandparents never had a break from cleaning the walls in the house after I doodled on them. I got into the University of San Carlos and graduated my degree in Fine Arts major in Advertising just to realize I have to be a nurse to fulfill my dreams. And since my love for designing has been in my system creating art has been a way of life.
What would be your dream job?
To be an art director of DBH and Teefury. If you have some openings ping me! :D
I could start as an assistant, and be the corporate nurse at the same time. Hey I am serious.
What advice would you offer to aspiring designers?
Never stop dreaming. But you have to be awake to fulfill them.
MAC or PC?
Always wanting a Mac but is pushing my PC to the edge.
Any shout outs?
I am applying for a profession at Teefury and this has been my job interview. :D

It would seem that the answer to this question is obvious.

There really has been some variety over the past YEAR, no? The past 4 days, not so much
banzaaiii said 170 weeks ago
shirts are still on facebook I'm pretty sure...

Very interesting CPUT99...
Facebook is not connected with teefury which I believe, although I may be completely wrong, would be "safe."

On another note - there's a lot of pissy people here some days, complaining about the shirts because it's ANOTHER spoofalicious shirt, or ANOTHER Star Wars shirt or ANOTHER exploding bacteria shirt. Seriously, lighten up people.
How much do you want to bet that the artsy shirts that you're begging for sell barely 10% that the Star Wars or Star Trek shirts sell? If Tee-Fury didn't produce a bunch of popular shirts, than I doubt it could even afford a day or even a weeks worth of artsy shirts. Cut them some slack - they DO have a business to run, and at least understand that without the shirts you hate, they couldn't sell the ones you love.
