Words from jimiyo: I picked this design to be curated all for myself. I think it's pretty rad despite the simplicity or lack of Darth Vader. The Cobra says Rawr Hiss I'm Bad like Michael Jackon, but the subdued military green says, I like to blend in, no fringe colors for me! You shall rue this day, if you let this one pass.
Tell us about yourself: I am a graphic artist from Topeka, Kansas. I have been drawing and painting my entire life and about 5 years I ago started messing around with digital art programs and have been hooked ever since. Most inpsiration for my art comes from comics, animation, and artist such as John k., Bruce Timm, Tex Avery, Preston Blair, Shane Glines, Genndy Tartakovsky, most anything Disney and quite a bit of Anime.
Do you own alot of shirts? If so, what's your favorite? I have a ton of shirts. Its out of control but I would have to say my favorite is my "Dr. Girlfriend shirt" I picked up from adultswim about a year ago.
Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years with your art career or other? I am currently a graphic artist for a printing and publishing company which is pretty awesome but I would love to be a freelance artist and just work from home someday.
What was your favorite as a kid: comics, cartoons, or movies? Was: I collected comics for years, pretty much all the mainstream superheros from DC and Marvel. I still love comics but have gotten more in to collecting original comic artwork. I was a child of the 80's so TMNT, MotU and Thundercats were all favorites as a kid growing up. Bruce Timm's Batman the animated series was and still is a favorite. My favorite movies were Star wars, Predator, Alien, Terminator and pretty much anything else Sci-fi as a kid growing up.
Was there a specific title you liked most of all? Hands Down, Star Wars.
What advice would you offer to aspiring designers? Keep at it and don't be afraid to show off your work. The more you put your self out there the more people are going to start recognizing your work. Stay open minded when it comes to feedback and constructive criticisim.
MAC or PC? I'm a PC.
Are there any websites you like to hang out at? I like listen to the podcast at nerdcityonline.com and check out their blog from time to time. The podcast are ha-larious.
Do you have any interesting hobbies or tales of intrigue? Not really, outside of being a graphic artist, I like to play video games when I have the time and look for original artwork or silk screen prints to collect.
Any shout outs? The "DFWB" design is for a local band I recently did artwork for. If your into brutal metal music check them out. (myspace.com/dont(bleep)withthebear) *you will have to actually use the correct explicit word to go to their site. Be sure to swing by nerdcityonline.com and check out some of their podcast.

Congrats on the print Kasey. I'm not into snakes, but it's a very cool illustration.
